| Richard L. Wallace is professor and chair of environmental studies at Ursinus College, where he founded the Department of Environmental Studies in 2002. He teaches interdisciplinary courses on problem solving, biodiversity and ecosystem conservation, and food systems, among others. He holds three degrees in environmental studies: a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a Master’s and Ph.D. from Yale University. He is currently a member of the AESS Board of Directors, and previously served as AESS program chair, creating the program for the 2011 AESS conference in Burlington, Vermont. |
