This committee is responsible for soliciting proposals for hosting the association's annual meeting and other official meetings, for evaluating the merits of potential locations, and for recommending to Council the preferred location(s) for each meeting. The committee is asked to vary meeting locations in ways that promote the participation of members from differing regions and locations, but also to work with each meeting site to assure a consistently high quality of service to Association members. |
